Main Contractor - Commercial, Education & Civil Projects

A growing main contractor in Dublin is looking to bring in a Junior Health & Safety professional to support their expanding project portfolio across commercial, educational and civil engineering schemes.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their H&S career who wants to develop within a company that has clear strategic growth plans and genuine long-term progression opportunities.

You’ll be working closely with senior H&S professionals and project teams across multiple sites, gaining hands-on exposure while developing your knowledge of construction safety systems and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing health & safety policies and procedures across sites
• Support site inspections, audits and risk assessments
• Help ensure projects comply with current health & safety legislation
• Assist with incident reporting and investigations
• Promote a strong safety culture across site teams

Requirements

• Qualification in Occupational Health & Safety (or working towards) level 7 minimum 
• Interest in developing a long-term career in construction H&S
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work across multiple project sites
